Caio Cavalcante
Caio Cavalcante

Formado em Direito na Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (1999), possui pós-graduações em Direito Tributário pelo IBET (2007) e Contabilidade e Finanças pela FGV (2014) e concluiu MBA Executivo no INSPER (2013).

Iniciou sua carreira profissional em 1995 prestando serviços nas áreas de contencioso tributário e administrativo, Desde 2005 passou a gerenciar o departamento jurídico de um dos maiores grupos brasileiros de transmissão de energia elétrica.

Integra o Conselho Superior de Infraestrutura – COINFRA da FIESP.

É membro da Câmara Portuguesa de São Paulo.

Professor convidado na FGV e no IBDE e Palestrante em cursos na área de energia elétrica. Possui artigos e livro publicado.

Tiago Lobão

Tiago Lobão Cosenza

Formado em Direito pela UNESA de Nova Friburgo/RJ (2004), possui pós-graduações em Direito do Consumidor e Responsabilidade Civil pela UNESA/RJ, MBA em Direito Econômico e Regulatório pela Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV/RJ.

Iniciou sua carreira profissional em 2004 em uma multinacional americana na área de saneamento. Ainda na área de saneamento, assumiu o setor jurídico e comercial de uma concessionária de águas e esgoto em Nova Lima/MG. Em 2009, passou a atuar no setor de energia elétrica, em uma multinacional espanhola. Foi sócio e head da área de Direito Público e Infraestrutura, a partir de 2013, em uma grande banca de advocacia.

Possui forte experiência em questões regulatórias, assim como no contencioso e em negociações no setor de energia elétrica.
Conselheiro do Instituto Brasileiro de Direito de Energia – IBDE e membro da ABSOLAR – Associação Brasileira de Energia Solar Fotovoltaica.

Professor convidado pela Fundação Instituto de Administração (FIA), palestrante em cursos e seminários na área de regulação de energia elétrica, possui artigos publicados em jornais, revistas e sites especializados no segmento de infraestrutura.

Maria Júlia
Maria Júlia de Toledo Florêncio
Formada em Direito na Universidade Federal de Pernambuco (2005), possui especialização em Direito Tributário pelo IBET (2005) e concluiu mestrado na Georgetown University Law Center (2007). Realizou ainda diversos cursos na área de energia elétrica.

Tem mais de 12 (doze) anos de experiência na assessoria de projetos de energia elétrica, incluindo questões regulatórias, fundiário, contratos comerciais e regulados, financiamento e fusões e aquisições.

É membro da ABCI Institute – Analistas Brasileiros de Comércio Internacional.

Valéria Rosa
Valéria de Souza Rosa
Graduated in Law (LL.B.) from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), holds a specialization in Administrative Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC/SP) and a Master's in Regulatory Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV-RJ).

She has completed several courses in the electric power and infrastructure sectors, in addition to the "Intensive Business" and "Intensive Communication & Culture" extension courses at the University of California, San Diego. She has over 17 years of experience in Administrative and Regulatory Law, working in specialized law firms and public agencies, with an emphasis on legal-regulatory advisory for agents in the electric power sector. She actively participates in discussions on sector regulation and in relevant specific cases, especially in administrative and judicial litigation and negotiations, both in the private sphere and in relations with Public Authorities.

She is a Council Member of the Brazilian Institute for Energy Law Studies (IBDE), a member of the Regulatory Studies Commission of the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Law (IBDA), and a member of Infra Women Brazil (IWB). She is also a professor, speaker, and author of articles and reference books in the legal market and the electric sector, with a strong network of industry agents, associations, institutional players, regulators, and opinion leaders.
