Yasmin Cotait

With over 15 years of experience, Yasmin is recognized by rankings such as Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 for her work in strategic litigation, arbitration, mediation, and high-complexity business negotiations. She is a specialist in Procedural Law from PUC-SP, holds a Master’s in Dispute Resolution from Queen Mary University of London, and an Executive MBA in Business Management from FGV/SP. She is also an Officer of the IBA (International Bar Association) Mediation Committee for the 2025-2026 term.

Antônio Carlos Neto

Lawyer With extensive experience in the electric sector, he began his career in 2004 at Eletrobras Chesf, where he held positions as a lawyer and legal manager in regulatory, corporate, and tax litigation and consulting. He graduated in Law from UFPE (2002), with an MBA in Business Law (FGV-Rio, 2019) and an LL.M. in Energy Law and Electric Sector Business (CEDIN, 2021). He is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Energy Transition at PUC-PR. He is also the vice-president of the Energy Law Commission of the OAB/PE and has authored articles in the field.

Isabella Peixoto

Lawyer With a practice focused on the electric sector, especially in regulation, infrastructure, and public bids, Isabella holds a Law degree from IBMEC/RJ, a Master’s in Administrative Law from the University of Coimbra (Portugal), and a postgraduate degree in Infrastructure and Regulation Law from FGV Direito Rio. She has taken extension courses in arbitration from CBMA and in electric sector contracts from IBDE. She is a member of the Brazilian Institute of Regulatory Law (IBDRE), the Brazilian Institute of Administrative Law (IBDA), and other associations in the area.

Karoline Ferreira

Legal Intern A Law student at PUC-SP with solid academic experience in Administrative Law. She has worked as a Scientific Initiation researcher (PIBIC CNPQ), a research student and tutor at the Brazilian Society of Public Law’s (SBDP) Training School, and is currently a teaching assistant in the undergraduate program at PUC-SP. At the firm, she works in the Administrative and Regulatory (ANEEL) areas. She holds a certification in Arbitration in the Electric Sector from IBDE and is proficient in English (MET B2/C1).

Leandro da Conceição

Lawyer Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and is pursuing a postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure Law at Candido Mendes University. Since 2021, he has been practicing business law with a focus on strategic litigation and electric sector regulation, advising market agents on matters of energy generation, transmission, distribution, and commercialization. He is also a co-founder of the Mediation Nucleus (NUMEC) at the National Faculty of Law (UFRJ).

Ana Carolina

Lawyer Holds a Law degree from the Pontifical Catholic University of Campinas (2017) and a degree in Social Sciences from the State University of Campinas – UNICAMP (2019). She is a Master’s candidate in Business Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas. She has experience in infrastructure and energy, with an emphasis on regulation, advising major companies in the electric sector on highly complex and strategic legal matters in both administrative and judicial spheres.
